About Preamar
Preamar is the Galician word for high tide, the moment the sea reaches its fullest. I grew up in Vigo, on the Atlantic coast of Galicia, where the tide rises and falls through the ría every day. Now I live in The Hague, by the North Sea, and I roast coffee at home in small batches, one bag at a time.
Every bag is a small bridge between those two seas. The coffee isn't for sale: it's for friends and family, which is probably how a bag found its way to you. If you liked it, or didn't, tell me. That's how the next batch gets better.
